I really wanted to give this product 5 stars because it's one of the few products of its kind that I could find with no added sugar or sweeteners. I have been using this product consistently for several months. About 3 months later I started having constant and very annoying eye twitching. I figured it might be stress so I continued my morning smoothie with this powder. After another month, with the twitching not going away, I began to wonder if it was related to this supplement. I stopped taking the supplement and the twitches were gone in about a week. I didn't take the supplement for two more weeks without flinching. I wanted to see if the eye twitches were really related to the supplement, so I started drinking it again every morning just like before. The twitches returned three days after drinking alcohol. Unfortunately, that's not in my book. I'm not sure if my body would respond to any ingredient or high levels of any particular vitamin in this blend but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. Now I have two more containers that I cannot return and cannot drink which is a shame. No other supplements have given me such a reaction. I am skeptical of what is in this product and the possible long term effects I will have on my body from consuming it for so long.
