This was exactly the part I needed for a 2006 Toyota Sienna Van. The inner handle bracket has come loose. After disassembling it, I noticed that the problem was in a small plastic link. Searching around I couldn't find anything specific to the doorknob, all mentioned pickup truck tailgates. I decided to experiment with this and it was a success. I could imagine that this year this works for almost every Toyota. $8 saved over $100 on the way to the dealer. With patience and knowledge in the field of manual work, this can be done in less than an hour.
