Review on 💡 Samlex PST-3000-12: Powerfully Efficient 3000 Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter by Daniel Jenkins

What a nightmare! Switched off my old inverter and put this in its place. I even ordered new larger cables for it. Paired with the Midnight Classic 200 CC it worked great for 2 months. Once I got to the garage and the red light on it screamed loudly. Fixed some basic bugs and nothing. Even a 100-watt light bulb cannot be lit four minutes before the red light. Called Samlex technical support; I am the east coast; You are on the west coast. The technician was great, very helpful and guided me through many tests. In a nutshell; Samlex wanted to replace the block. Then 2.5 months of hell began. I had to pack it in my original packaging. Who keeps the boxes? (Yes) Had to pay $80 to ship the dead block back. After 2 months of non-stop emails, I finally received another block. Put it on CraigsList quickly. Thanks for nothing Scamlex! Should have paid attention to the negative review!
