My first and ONLY disappointment was that this item had the 'Made in China' label on both the case and the box. That distraction aside, the device is solidly built and easy to navigate through the built-in menus. I'm less impressed than expected with the good workmanship; where alligator clips are "heavy" and made of thicker material than expected. This tool also comes with a set of lead acid battery adapters that will fit almost any type of battery. (UPDATE Aug 2014 to Feb 2017) phenomenal success - user can get used to custom menu (15 minutes). My wife even ran a diagnostic on my '72 Ford with minimal intervention from me other than menu suggestions and positive support. GREAT BLOCK!
