Great starter kit for anyone wanting to start a window cleaning business or want some gear for working at home but can't remember carrying a microfiber cloth? , you can do without a book, it won't help much, the video "How to do it" on YouTube is better. Ettore is number one for window cleaning equipment, I use them and their great products, high quality and durability go a long way. The Estore bucket is fantastic, the mops are good, the rubber lasts a while before needing to be replaced, the cleaning solution works well as long as you keep an eye on the solution to water ratio. Overall this is a decent starter kit for the money and price, I would recommend it. 4 STARS because the book is not that good.
