Very happy with this purchase. The item is so weightless and very sharp - I was finally able to grate cheese peacefully without trying to hold a giant grater, with the cheese flying all over the place, the grater slipping and sliding everywhere. This product is nimble and has impressed me. a lot of. Can't wait to try other items on this cester! The only bummer is that the little brush meant to clean this cester wasn't sealed/wrapped so the brush fell out when I opened the box and fell on the floor, I think it was gross lol
