First off it's nice and fits the crook of my upper ear nicely. The only thing that bothered me was that the bar was a bit too long for me, which caused some rotation and generally didn't stay in place. I fixed this by placing a clear earring stand between the back of the ear and the ball. Ideal! It stays where I want it and is at least as comfortable as the tire I normally wear. I'm definitely happy with it. In fact, I wore it all week!
