Very small

I didn't realize how small these wood cut outs were until I got them. Suitable for other crafts but not for my needs. I returned an item over 2 months ago and only recently received a "reminder" email saying I must return the clippings or they would charge me again. The return has already been processed. This is the second time. The first time I had to call support to fix it and now it looks like I'll have to do it again. 3 stars for having to go through that mess all over again!
