Not even the worst quality I've ever seen, it's a disappointment.

On November 30, 21, I purchased the Venta LW15 Air Washer from the official website. Since my child has bronchopulmonary dysplasia, it was important for me to choose a reliable humidifier that would work smoothly and perform its function. My choice fell on Venta! But happiness did not last long , having worked less than a month, the car wash simply stopped turning on (as I was later told in the service center - “you just got unlucky”) Because the service center is 100 km from me (Hong Kong), and there were still New Year holidays ahead, take I was able to use the device only in February. But! They didn’t accept it from me, saying that the serial number on the device and in the guarantor. the coupon does not match and they offered paid repairs, “especially since you didn’t buy it from us, but it’s not known where.” Later it turned out that the “employee” of the center was simply not taught how to check the numbers. 22 - accepted! They said they would call within two weeks - silence! I call myself - a serious breakdown and they will now coordinate the delivery of the necessary part! For 2 weeks they could not agree on the delivery?! I call another week later - I didn’t come! “And in general, do you know what problems are now in the country ?!” I call today, the spare part did not arrive, “it all depends on the office in Hong Kong”, I call Hong Kong, “deal with the service center, why are you calling us ?!” I call again service center and it’s necessary, the spare part will be in 3 days! It was sent by express delivery! it was sent only today! What did the company’s employees do for almost a month?! This despite the fact that I regularly reminded about myself! Not a single call from them, only dissatisfaction with my question about the deadlines. with the right employee (so that the person could not stand it and interrupt the call), in the end - “by law, we have the right to repair 45 days!” Well, thank you ! That's how I bought a "reliable" humidifier! PS. I am sure that if the company's employees were more responsible and sympathetic to people (especially since I said that a humidifier is necessary for a sick child), the repair could have been completed long ago
