Installed on 2014 300C. The parts fit very well and the instructions were very good for this type of product. All parts needed for installation were included and of good quality. . I'm sure there will be a lot of hot air flowing through them, so the air charge will be higher than it could be. The cone adapter is injection molded and the flange has a pull. This means the cone is slipping. This is of course very bad. I fixed the situation by cleaning and etching the flange and inside of the filter. I then applied a light adhesive to the flange to keep the filter from slipping. Heat shield mounting sleeve not seated properly. It is too loose and even compressed it can fit through the hole in the car chassis. Also, the supplied screw is not long enough to use the supplied washer. It can't reasonably come apart in a car alone, so I'll wait and see if it doesn't cause any problems before making any further changes. General performance notes: The throttle response is significantly improved. My guess is that the torque at lower revs has also improved. The horsepower gain is probably 5-8, but after 4000 rpm there is no obvious difference. The sound is great up to 6000rpm but it's loud under gas so make sure you want it. Above 6000 rpm the WOT sounds pretty cocky and chatty. It doesn't really bother me since it only happens when you beat the snot out of him.
