I'm really impressed with this Kitory Slicing Knife

This might be the first review of this knife from someone that actually bought the knife. Not a Vine Voice reviewer here. Bummer. From the beginning:In pursuit of better Jerky it was time to buy a knife (12” long) that could cut thru BIG meat without sawing and tearing of the meat. A couple of weeks ago I sliced up a Tri-Tip and found my old Chef Knife to be lacking. Time to get a real knife, nothing to expensive. I can sharpen a knife far sharper then factory, so what I needed was a High Carbon German steel knife and worry about sharpness later, if at all.Now I need meat. All that was available at the grocery store, of Jerky quality, (i.e. cheap and lean), was some London Broils. Unfortunately they are cut against the grain, but the price was right and there was nothing else available. After firming them up in the freezer, and slicing them, I can say the Knife is Awesome. Like a short sword, and requires very little downward pressure to make a single clean cut for a single slice of meat. I did order some whetstones of various hardnesses, and would otherwise sharpen the knife, but the knife is so sharp, I’ll wait for cause. And now for the pictures.
