I like the many grind options compared to competing products and how easy and quick it is to use. It's a little noisy so I don't think I'll be using it if it's my first morning. At the same time, preparing a large amount of coffee for a large coffee pot takes just a few seconds. My only real complaint is that the grist sticks to the inside of the static electricity container. My house isn't even that dry yet, but I have to use a brush to remove the sanding dust every time, and I also end up spending a bit of sanding dust on the counter every time I do it. all on a paper plate so nothing spills, then fold the plate and pour the crumbs to where you need them.
