Presentime may have a fantastic selection of items for the home and kitchen, but the quality of their customer support could stand to see some significant enhancements. I just purchased a clock from them not too long ago, and boy, what an experience that was! When I attempted to get in touch with their customer service team, I was given the cold shoulder, despite the fact that the clock had arrived much later than the delivery date that had been promised. It seemed as though I was communicating with a machine that had no intention of assisting me in any way. To make matters even worse, the clock was already damaged when I eventually got my hands on it! I made another attempt to get in touch with Presentime, but it was like chatting to an inanimate object. There was no compassion shown, no apology offered, and no attempt made to put things right. Presentime is the place to go to if you want to purchase high-quality items but put up with subpar customer service. If you value your time and money, however, I would recommend that you seek in other places.
