This review is of the Arts Wish Ergonomic High Back Office Chair. ASSEMBLY: Challenging. The instructions are well printed and illustrated but can be confusing if not followed. I could not find the assembly video mentioned in the instructions on the manufacturer's website. The chair was assembled with patience and attention to detail. QUALITY and COMFORT: The chair appears to be quite durable. The seat of the chair is surprisingly comfortable, the backrest, headrest and non-adjustable lumbar support are fine. The armrests are very rigid and not adjustable. The chair can be raised and lowered, and there is also a tilt adjustment. SUMMARY: The chair seems fine for a small to medium sized person, but for me the non-adjustable, hard armrests and complex construction give it a 3/5 rating. Please note that the chair's fit is VERY good and the mesh back and headrest are not that bad.
