I received my heater in perfect condition. Everything was as it should be and no damage. When I opened the package I was pleased with the sleek look and size. It's compact enough to fit in a small space, but generates a tremendous amount of heat. It has different settings for oscillation mode and stationary mode. I tested this heater and after 5 minutes I had to turn it off, it was blowing so hard it was too hot for my room. I use this outside in the shed and it didn't take long to heat it up. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're still dealing with arctic temperatures in mid-March!
