When sending back the skillet is flimsy and cheap, the egg cups are very difficult to remove as it is very hot and the cups are not attached to the handle holding them reached. Very difficult to use. I ordered Kitchen Craft and preferred the Kitchen Craft brand due to the very small increase in price. I think the signature kitchen craft comes from England and it takes a little longer to get here. The craft cooking was great quality, heavy pan, egg cups have a little thumb grip that doesn't get you any closer to the heat. But the food processor only arrived with one egg cup instead of two and I considered sending it back, but I liked it so much I bought an extra cup off eBay so I didn't have to go without for a pair. weeks. This is my new favorite breakfast item. And just FYI, I've tried all the ways to microwave poached eggs and none of them have worked for me. The old-fashioned way is better.
