I am pleased with this purchase of the 3.5' PICKWILL kitchen knife, it is very sharp and will make cutting different foods a joy. This is a full tang knife and will not fall apart. For those of you that don't know what full tang knife is the blade metal extends all the way through the handle and the handle material is then added to that metal. I have seen so many people send pictures of their new knives with the blade falling apart. Those blades only extend into the handle 1/2' to 3/4' and with even light pressure will break or fall out. Always buy a knife with a full tang whether for the kitchen, hunting, fishing, ext.
