USB View reports that in the SuperSpeed USB Capability Descriptor for "wSpeedsSupported: 0x0E -> Supports full speed operation -> Supports high speed operation -> Supports SuperSpeed operation". I ran a (simplified) test by copying a really big file to an empty drive. The time was basically the same across this hub and straight from the back of the PC. However, there is a message at the top of the USB view that says "High Speed: None. High Speed: No", which is conflicting and I have no reliable way of knowing what is actually the case. SuperSpeed USB hub manufactured by Genesys Logic, Inc. Due to the fact that it is a large Providing charging current, the power supply is large and uses a standard three-wire power cord to connect to the wall (so there is no wall wart to take up space on the extension).
