Review on COSLAND by Jason Elliss

My experience buying at the COSLAND online store left me feeling disappointed, which is surprising coming from someone who places a high value on quality and longevity. Despite the fact that their website is simple to access and that they have an outstanding assortment of products, the quality of the products that I received was below average. After only a few uses, all of the clothing items and shoes that I purchased from COSLAND shown symptoms of wear and tear, which led me to believe that they were of poor quality. The fabric of the apparel was thin and flimsy, and the shoes had a feel of being made on the cheap. I also observed that the sizing was variable, with some things having a smaller than expected fit while others had a larger than expected fit. When I called their customer support to voice my dissatisfaction, I was given a response that was both generic and unhelpful. This was a further insult to my already existing hurt. They did not provide any remedies to my problems or any form of compensation for the negative purchasing experience I had. In general, I am unable to endorse the COSLAND online store because the quality of their products does not justify the price range at which they are offered. It is wise to explore elsewhere for your shopping needs if you place a high value on the quality and longevity of the apparel and shoes you purchase.
