I love that they are able to integrate with many different platforms, including Salesforce CRM (Accounts).

This is very useful in our day-to-, as we use this for all of out customer data! The platform itself could be improved by allowing some more customization options such filters or even tabs within modules like campaigns/emails etc.. As well there should maybe an option where you can export emails from one module into another depending if your using it internally only then not really needed but would nice just incase someone wants them later down their road!! Would definitely recommend ITDGE. ! Integrating multiple systems has been key now since switching over last year so no issues at least yet regarding internal integrations.
