I love that they are able to integrate with many different platforms, including Salesforce CRM (Accounts).
This is very useful in our day-to-, as we use this for all of out customer data! The platform itself could be improved by allowing some more customization options such filters or even tabs within modules like campaigns/emails etc.. As well there should maybe an option where you can export emails from one module into another depending if your using it internally only then not really needed
