Broke right out of the box. Maneuverability was great but the suction handle never worked. I think it's because the tube that connects the suction motor to the tube that the handle uses is made out of such cheap plastic that it gets stuck and doesn't go from the vertical vacuum to the suction handle. So I can only use this on carpet and can't use the tool itself. Trying to call Dirt Devil support is useless and they rarely answer. When you get someone, the call magically "drops out" when you start explaining your concerns, or they simply offer to spend $100 to get an $80 vacuum for service ship, which can take up to 6 weeks.
