***Updated 2019. I have been using this face lotion every day since my first review for over a year and I stand by my review. All of my reorders have been of consistent quality and I will use them as long as they last. ***** Update 6-2018: I've been using this lotion every night for 4 1/2 months now and I'm on the last of my supplies right now! Reordering because I love this lotion so much. My face is still as smooth and hydrated as I've ever been!** Buying skin care products online is difficult, but I wanted to try it because of the reviews and price. Leather. I knew it probably wouldn't be what I'm used to, but I also wanted to try it because the price is so much better! First, the lotion is more than twice as many ounces as Clinique. Mine arrived in a box with a small plastic applicator and the lotion had a plastic cap inside. I've been using this face lotion for a week now and I'm very happy with it so far. The first few days I was hesitant to like it because it was different than what I was used to, but I kept using it and now I love it! It is important that your skin gets used to the new lotion. Try it at least a week before making a decision. It is NOT as thick as Clinique. It absorbs quickly, but as of this writing (30 minutes after application) I don't think my face has ever felt so smooth and soft. It has an odor. Much stronger than Clinique but I like the smell. To each his own. 5 stars for me as a replacement for Clinique. If you want to save money and try a new product, don't mind the smell and are willing to try it for at least a week, give it a try!
