Really unsatisfied with this purchase. Extremely poor quality when I finally put it together. Pieces were not securely staying in place and were poking out. It’s just so cheaply made that I cannot use it. Since a lot of time has gone by until I was able to assemble it (other construction going on), and I already assembled it I probably can’t even get a refund. Money down the drain for a cheap product.

I bought two doors and part of the purchase is because there are pre-drilled holes as indicated on the item description, but the door did not come pre-drilled, in addition, there were no instructions! Some reviews comment on difficulty to assemble. in my case there was no assembly, the unit came well packaged in a large (door-sized) box. It seems plenty solid and is pre-drilled for mounting hardware but NOT for a handle. Wouldn’t know how to rate this. Product didn’t come with instructions and based on what little I could peice together I think there’s missing hardware (pieces that connect the vertical frame to horizontal frame). Additionally, there are no pre-drilled holes for sliding hardware in the frame as detailed in the product description and photos.

This door looks great. The standoffs are a little short so the door catches on the door trim. 45min assembly? We’re good with tools and assembling things and this door took the better part of a day!

I might love these doors if I could get some instructions on how to put them together. I can figure out the way they are to be assembled but I do not know which screws to use where.

This door was suppose to go in our master bedroom. The directions come with pictures only. NO WORDS. The tracks come with drywall anchors as if this can be installed into the drywall. The door is way too HEAVY for that. Waste of money and a good Saturday in my opinion.

Remodeling my entire house, i also read that top 'great' review and purchased.Out of every single fixture i have purchased thru Revain, this experience was by far the worst. In addition they never posted the bad review i wrote about the doors.

Had to buy hardware that was not included & was about 1/2 the price as the door. Still does not seem sturdy. Pictures look better than the actual door.

Perfect application for us. we had a door that opened into our dining room from pantry. my only complaint was the hardware kit needed to be supplemented for my walls.

Nice looking barn door, I wouldn’t say it is complicated to assemble, but it requires some time and 2 people as this is a heavy door. Very happy with it and would recommend to buy the hardware with them as it facilitates the installation. It does not have a "handle” or knob but you can open and close it easily.

We are still trying to figure out how this things gonna work. They sent us wrong screws and some of the metal parts are not even made to be screwed. It's a long process but I feel like it's not sturdy at all. The screws are too smalls !

Folks, Be prepared to be very frustrated. you will have to improvise when it comes to the side panel labeled G and inserting the screws that divides the glasses. no instructions for door handles. I will not accept this product even if it was free. Terrible.

Love these doors! I bought the hardware separately from Smart Standard on Revain. They are heavy and top quality. Buying the doors and hardware from Revain saved me over $2000 on similar doors!
