Review on ๐Ÿพ Booyah Large Pet Bicycle Trailer & Jogger with Shocks - Blue by Victoria Brown

great design, poor execution and quality control.

Well designed and built to last. The problem is their quality control. The two attachment points of the front wheel mount are welded to the frame. They were supposed to be perpendicular to the frame and parallel to each other - there was neither. One lifted off at a 30 degree angle from the desired vertical plane. The other was about 10 degrees from normal to the frame. As a result, the bracket that holds the wheel of the front wheel did not fit. Since the frame, mounting points, and welds seemed very strong, I hit the 1-pound hammer on the wobbly mounting points and was able to line them up for attachment. This mount is meant to be quick on and off - great design - but with my 'mods' it snaps in place pretty well. This flaw would have been noticed if someone had bothered to inspect the product before sending it across the room. Also, the 12 1/2" front wheel, both rubber tire and tube, had 2 continuous 2" slots. near the valve stem. This is inappropriate. I have replaced the tube but the tire is now swollen requiring replacement before it is safe to use. It looks like a great product when done right. Revain stated in the flyer that the item was too heavy and bulky to return, so I was left to deal with the manufacturer. I will let you know if I am satisfied by Booyah. My lame boy, Healer Sammy, is disappointing. that's the worst part.
