High expectations turn to disappointment :(

This looked like a great idea for my 60 lb German Shepherd who has severe separation anxiety and hip dysplasia to be with me when I After trial and error just decode the visual instructions (the copy was a terrible reproduction and it was hard to see the photos) and assemble it, it looked like a great product and we were ready to go! for a skinny Piece of plastic and not sure if it was that holds more than my boy's weight, not to mention the 88lb limit as stated in the description (2) not…

Well built! Happy Dog is now mobile again!

I love this animal runner. I've only run it 3 times so far but it's as good as I hoped it would be. The rating for this product would be a 5 apart from a few things the company was able to resolve: 1) The assembly instructions that came with the slider are incomplete. I sort of looked at the photos and was lucky enough to put them together this way. There aren't too many parts and it doesn't take long to assemble, but the written instructions are vague at best. esp. Instructions for applying…

Great!. with minor modification

I got a tag to make my dog run less on long bike rides to prevent arthritis from getting worse. He is young and active, but has a slight limp if he walks too long. This pendant is great! He's a 75-pound Shepherd Lab mix and can stand with his head out the front window. At first we had to use trailer rope because he wanted to pop out (which would be tricky if he kicked forward while the trailer was in motion), but I put a piece of wood on the bottom half of the front glass. Now he rides without…

great design, poor execution and quality control.

Well designed and built to last. The problem is their quality control. The two attachment points of the front wheel mount are welded to the frame. They were supposed to be perpendicular to the frame and parallel to each other - there was neither. One lifted off at a 30 degree angle from the desired vertical plane. The other was about 10 degrees from normal to the frame. As a result, the bracket that holds the wheel of the front wheel did not fit. Since the frame, mounting points, and welds…

I would buy this again.

I've had the stroller for a few months now and will definitely buy it again. I think it was worth it. I bought a stroller for my 14 year old girl with arthritis who weighs 70 pounds. I was afraid it wouldn't fit, but it does. Sometimes her head or tail sticks out when she's not lying on her side. Since the wings open, you don't have to worry about some details sticking out. It was relatively easy to emerge into what it should be. My husband freaked out about this project when I told him what I…
