I did not want to get up after using this.
I tried the neck relaxer on the floor with my knees up and it really helped me to relax my neck/shoulder muscles. I did not want to get up when the 10 minutes were done. I have arthritis in my neck area, I believe this will be a nice relief when I need to stretch and relax that area. This is made of soft, sturdy foam that will hold up well.
