Almost like hitting a wall

I had problems with my 99 Saab 9-3 every time I was under 3000 rpm. Almost like hitting a wall. After some searching I settled on the crankshaft sensor. Of course, when I replaced it with a new one, I found that the wiring from the old one was bare. The machine now runs great with the new sensor and has full power.
