Review on PHPTRAVELS by Eric Williamson
Great for travel agency software & booking engine
The support team has been very helpful through my first few months of using phpTravels! They are always quick with responding when I have questions or need assistance in getting something set up right away. There's nothing really negative about this product yet - everything seems well thought out so far. We've had great success since implementing it into our system (which was previously not working). It makes keeping track of bookings much easier by allowing us access from anywhere via an app/mobile device.
Pros
- That we can keep all clients' information together at one place, as opposed to trying different apps for each service that they use during their stay here..and then having them enter info again upon check out if any changes were made before departure time
