I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use this with little training or help from IT department/support staff! The part numbers don't always match up when you're searching by number - sometimes search results show multiple items because they have different names but same serial#'s; also some products just aren't available at all through their system even though we've got them listed as being stocked here locally...it would be nice if there was an option somewhere between "not found" &"in-stock".
So far our only problem has been finding out why certain orders haven't shipped yet after several weeks passed since placing order online via website interface. This way everyone who needs something gets notified immediately about any issues shipping timeframes might cause delays before receiving item(s).
