It's all wood (not a particularly thin board) but not very difficult to move
The first word that comes to mind is wow. This house far exceeded my expectations. It's all wood (not flimsy plank) but it's not very difficult to move. All furniture is made of wood. Perfect size for Barbies and Monster High dolls. Among the furniture are some that run on batteries: a piano that plays music, a toilet that makes a flushing noise, and a floor lamp that lights up. The elevator worked great and was easy for my 6 year old to use. I am so impressed with this house. The same cost for the Barbie brand plastic houses, which are smaller. This is a great price for the quality of the product. I have actively shared information on this topic with others
