Suitable for beginners to learn how to use scissors. First, children need to learn the angle of the hand (they want to tilt the thumb to the side, not straight up and down), the position of the fingers in the loops, how to put open scissors on paper, move forward, follow the line and open and close. Opening up is usually the step that ends their patience because they can't get everything. First cut the edge of the stiff paper (without lines) and use these scissors to open up. It's also easier to cut initially if you hold the paper perpendicular to the table so it cuts up and not forward parallel to the table.
