The best thing about this software so far has been its ability to be able to view all of our properties in one place at once! It's not perfect yet but I am hopeful it will get better as we continue working with them.

We have found some issues such as having more than 1 person book into an appointment which can sometimes cause problems when trying to see who else booked if there was another guest already scheduled or waiting their turn. This helps us keep up with where everyone is throughout each day by seeing what they've done before hand instead of checking back every 15 minutes during the service to make sure someone hasn't come in ahead of you.
