I like that this software can run in multiple platforms, but also is very easy to use and install for non-technical people. It has an excellent dashboard with all of your results at one place. It's customizable so you can create different dashboards as per your needs or client requirements. The support team is amazing and always ready to help whenever needed. There are no downsides about it really! If there was nothing, then maybe would be better if they could give more options when creating new reports. We're solving issues related to data quality by using this software.
