Throttle Spacer

I have 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 TRD Off/Road V-6 Automatic. I installed this throttle body gasket on a Tacoma at 1675 miles. I then drove the Tacoma for 630 miles, overall gas mileage did not improve, but throttle response improved slightly. Then I installed a Toyota, TRD, Catback exhaust system. Overall gas mileage in the city increased by 0.4mpg (when you're not pressing the accelerator hard), improved by 0.85mpg on the highway. Between the throttle body and the cat back exhaust, I don't know what to really trust. Personally, I think I've increased both overall mileage and throttle response. The factory OEM air filter was replaced with an aftermarket heavy duty replacement air filter (I bought it from Revain). Gas response improved again. I ran 1/4 tank of gas with HP air filter installed but mileage has increased. I recommend installing a throttle body and HP air filter. DB in Louisiana.
