My cats love this perch, bought 2 months ago, only one of my cats liked it, tried it with several cats. I think it's because it's so cold on the north side by the window. So I put a pet warmer on it, then one of my cats took it. I slept in it all winter. I just turned off the heating pad and now his sister fights with him every day so I just order another one. The only problem is that the second one keeps slipping off the support bar and the cats are afraid to use it. I spent hours trying to figure out why, I found that the angle of the bar isn't the same as the first one so it keeps slipping. I had to bend the bar and add friction by placing a paper towel over the metal bar and bar. It's finally stable, I just want the manufacturer to test them first and make sure this isn't happening, or something is causing the metal bar to stick to the bar! I would still buy one if another cat wanted it!
