Good gloves; fit me better than my last ones.

In general, welding gloves only come in one size: Gargantua. Other sizes may be available in specialty stores, but the public ones seem designed for the Hulk. These gloves fit this pattern as they are definitely large, but they fit my medium sized hand better than others have tried. And they don't let heat through, don't glow, are made of fairly soft leather and so on.
