The Geekworm PI Cooling Board (X728-A1) reduced the non-overclocked PI 4 stress test temperature by 25* degrees Celsius in the region of 81* Fahrenheit! It went from an operating temperature of 75ยฐC to 50ยฐC. It also dropped its idle temperature from 47ยฐF to 38ยฐF! After completing the stress test, the temperature returned to 38C very quickly, using the cheap thermal synchronizers installed with my CanaKit. Very impressive.
