Review on 🏻 ROCKBROS Advanced 4 Bearings Mountain Bike Pedals: High-performance Platform Alloy Pedals for Flat Riding, 9/16 by Doug Booth

These Rockbros pedals are good quality, easy to install (after the old pedals came out), light rounded pins prevent shoes from slipping really well and now I have instant foot release but They have a couple of "negatives" - Three "negatives": Negative number 1 - I would like the pedal axles to have two flats for a 15mm pedal wrench. I don't like the remove/replace hex system because you can't get much torque on the hex and the hexes snap easily. Cons #2 is that I strongly recommend that you check EVERY bolt when the pedals arrive. There are 32 of these (key size 5/32) and 6 of them were weakened upon arrival. I pulled them all out and gave them a drop of blue threadlocker. If you don't, you'll lose a bunch of pens in no time. The key that came with it is junk. I used a 3/16 carburetor wrench that I had on hand. Vs #3 - as you can see in the photo, these pedals are MUCH wider than my stock pedals. I cut the ground in a turn without much angle and jumped off the bike. I'm going back to narrower pedals. Hope that helps!
