Here's the good. Paul Clark, the owner of the company, called me personally! We talked about woodworking for 20 minutes. The same day he sent me a new bottle which arrived in 2 days! Cool guy and great product! I've posted some before and after photos of some of my work with Clark's Orange Lemon Butter to give a nice touch to these cutting boards! Can't go wrong with this company!
