I have a Swann NVR-490 with 4 wireless SWN490CAM cameras. So two of my cameras are working fine BUT my other two intermittently showed "LOSS VIDEO" on my security display. So the Swann NVR-490 has two 4dBi antennas that come with this device. I have installed Wi-Fi extenders but still get "VIDEO LOSS" on these two cameras. Swann Technical Support instructed me to move my router closer to these cameras, but I had a problem: there was no power outlet near these cameras. So I spoke to an engineer whose good friend is at work - he was the one who told me if I could replace my antennas on EITHER the cameras or the NVR box. He was right! I replaced the 4 dbi antennas on the NVR-490 box with my NEW TECH TOO 9dbi antennas - after adjusting the position of the antennas I had all 4 camcorders on my screen - like a rock. This engineer also told me about these antennas. Man I'm so happy - I've had it for about 5 months now and it's still working great. Personally - I recommend anyone with "VIDEO LOSS" signals on their CCTV cameras to buy this antenna kit - give it a try. on your DVR/NVR (Wireless) Box. Have a nice day
