Review on SalesFuel by Tim Beckett

It is easy to use and has a range of useful functions, the reporting is great and they provide a free trial. They also provide free support when you have a support query. I have found they have a good range of useful tools but the support can be slow. It took them a loooong time to resolve my issue. I have had to make multiple calls in order to get a response from them. They also took so long to acknowledge a support call that I have since signed up with another API. I have used SalesFuel as my main API for creating dashboards and performing report searches. They have a range of useful dashboards and reports that are easy to use and have lots of helpful information. They also have some great APIs that are easy to implement. I like that it is very easy for me to use this software with my customers. It helps us keep up-to date with our clients so we know what they need from their service providers in order to stay happy! Sometimes there are some bugs but overall i am really enjoying using this product! We have been able to get more sales than ever before through out business thanks to Sales Fuel.
