Vacuum Good! Hose BAD!

This review is for the Residential Cleaning Service KitThe vacuum is great! 5 stars, but everything that attaches to the hose (i.e. the wand and heads) are worthless. 0 starsGood:Vacuum noise is quite tolerable, but you still want to turn it off for a conversation.Suction is very goodChanging out bags is easyBag capacity is surprisingly good for how small they areHarness is comfortable - I have to remind myself that I have something on my back as I move about the houseBad:No bag full indicator - And that might be a real problem as I haven't noticed a drop in vacuum drop as the bag gets full. The telescoping wand does not hold - no matter how tight you twist it, it collapses when you push the vacuum head forward. The ergonomics of the telescoping wand cause my hand to cramp after 10 minutes of useThere is no flexibility in swapping tools out. With my 18 year old canister vacuum swapping a tool out takes 5 seconds. This setup, more like two minutes. That means you have to vacuum the entire house with one tool/head, then swap out for a different tool and go back. The bare floor attachment (hard floor tool) is poorly designed and suction doesn't get to the edges, so you frequently have to pluck the collected debris off of the ends of the tool and feed them into the center part. With other attachments, I'm loving the vacuum. Stairs are a breeze to clean now. Upper areas (cobwebs, ceiling fixtures, furniture tops. ) are easy to clean.

Pros
  • The ProVac FS 6 Backpack Vacuum Cleaner's noise level is quieter than many competing models, reducing the stress of loud machinery in the workplace
Cons
  • Can become clogged easily.
