Instructions were missing. It came without documentation. So I had to figure out how to assemble this. I didn't know how to take the bottle out. It didn't want to come out. Was there a lock/lock? Button? I was afraid I would break it if I pulled too hard. I pulled hard in frustration. The bottle is finally out. What I love about this mop is the bottle, which means I can use my cleaning products mixed with water. I don't have to shop at the supermarket. What I don't like is the pillow. It looks like it was created for a completely different product. It doesn't look remotely like it's meant to go with this mop, but it's easy to attach with a grippy effect like velcro. When I finally used it to mop the kitchen floor it stayed and didn't come loose like the Swiffer (I think it's the mop I used before). So overall, this is the best device for mopping floors. than what i had. The pad is also machine washable, so it saves you money. I recommend it.
