Review on KIDAMI Magnetic Folding Plastic Carrying Solution by Aaron Romero

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Definitely requires some training.

My son and I like to play board games together. He's getting older (15 now) so I decided to find a game that required more strategy. We both seemed to like it and it wasn't going to be that easy. It's magnetic, which is nice because all those little pieces of rock can make a mess. And many lost pieces! I love that it's magnetic so the pieces stay where you put them! The magnet isn't too strong if you have to fight it to move the pieces around the board, but it's strong enough to keep the pieces on the board when you pick them up and move them around. I like that the parts are packed in nice plastic boxes. The white stones are in their box and the black stones are in their box. The board folds in half. After putting the pieces back in each of your boxes, turn the board over, place the boxes on the board and close the board leaving the 2 boxes with the pieces inside. So all parts together. It's easy to set up and clean, which is always nice! It comes with instructions and we usually read and understand the instructions fairly well, but some parts confuse us. We decided to just play around and see what happens. We had fun, but we definitely didn't play right! We are very excited to learn more about the game and keep playing! So we plan to watch some YouTube videos on how to play Go and then come back and try again!

Pros
  • Foldable and Portable: The foldable chess board can be turned into a storage box, the folded size is 9*4.5*0.7 inches. The portable size makes it convenient to put in your backpack and play anywhere.
