This is for the 120" ALR motorized folding screen. After searching around the world this was the best value I could find for a 120" ALR motorized screen .The next closest was another Chinese manufacturer but it was an extra $200 and didn't come with all the amazing accessories that Vividstorm has.Plus it's on Amazon!Easy shipping instead of waiting months for one from China.Nonetheless the screen is Arrived very well and the packaging was great too.The screen faces my TV screen in the living room so there is plenty of ambient light during the day.Installation was easy.I decided to get L brackets from Amazon to mount it as I needed it had to pop out a little to fit over my tv.After installing I lowered the screen and everything snapped n to be fine, but after a few days I got wrinkles on the screen, and then it got worse! There were roller marks on the screen from the roller as it went up and down. I decided to go to Facebook Messenger to ask Vividstorm what's up. They were very sorry about what had happened and their communication was great. It was a broken screen, possibly due to shipping. So I decided to give them a second chance! Returning it to Revine was very easy (it wouldn't have been if it wasn't from China). Revain had a company that took my old one, and soon after, a new one came along. This one was MUCH better. The engine became quieter and there were no marks from the rollers. There are slight creases on the screen in the corner, but most movies are smaller and the creases are not visible on most movies. The 0.8 gain is great and the screen REALLY doesn't let in ambient light. We can dine in the light and see everything very brightly. This also works in tandem with the Epson 5040UB; which has a high luminous flux. Overall, I highly recommend Vividstorm. Their customer service couldn't be better and they communicate very well along with a great screen value. Please note that they are based in China. So if you're in the US, you'll have to wait until late at night to talk to them. But they are very responsive and care deeply about their product to make it right.
