My eyes are very sensitive to glare and blue light, especially from a PC screen. My caring husband solved my problem, a Christmas present, with this wonderful screen protector. I would highly recommend this to anyone, no matter how much screen time you spend. This protective film does not affect the clarity of your image, but enhances it. Incidentally, blue light is harmful to anyone suffering from macular degeneration. I don't have this eye disease but it's a precaution for me because it's common in my family.
