Excellent knife. To be honest even after reading all the reviews I was sure this would be cheap junk. WOW, I was wrong! I ordered to use smoked salted ham for processing. I cut like butter. Absolutely SHARP! Good, even, thick steel. Finger hole is great for control and reduces wrist stress. Even the leather sheath is made of high quality leather! I have to say that the quality cannot be beat for the price. Whether you're looking for a great kitchen knife or even a bush craft knife, don't let the cheap price fool you. It's better made than any old hickory knife or even my buck knife. EXTREMELY SHARP again (no kidding). Comes with a quality sharpener and finger guard.
