Great experience - responsive support

Customer service. They always respond in less than an hour- so far so good. They also help create the loyalty program, so they get to know you personally and tailor their services to fit your needs. I would be lying if I said they were great as far as advertising and promoting their services. Like all digital services, they lack physical advertisements in the traditional sense, so it's a little bit daunting for new users to find out where and how to get started. This is a great product, but I wish it was somewhat more user friendly when it comes to advertising. Loyalty programing and marketing. I like how easy it is to use, you can set up your rewards programs in seconds! It's so simple for anyone who knows nothing about loyalty. The customer service team are very helpful when we have any questions or issues with our program setup. There isn't anything i dislike at this point. If there was something else I would love to see added as an option. We haven’t implemented all of the features yet but everything has been great thus far.
