LoyaltyDog is a Digital Loyalty Platform that works On your online store. In your Real World Outlet (bricks and mortar store) On your customers Smartphone Your customer will access her points program at your on line store and in her Smartphone Wallet with your uniquely branded Loyalty Pass. Now you have multiple points of contact with your customer from one Digital Loyalty Platform. For our customers that have both an online store and a bricks and mortar store you can now offer a Loyalty Platform that will join up both the online and the offline world giving your customers a GREAT loyalty experience. LoyaltyDog is easy to set up and simple to use. Provide your customers with multiple opportunities to receive points. Your customer can choose to download a Loyalty Pass to their smartphone that is placed in the smartphone wallet and they will receive automatic notification of points and points balance direct to their smartphone and to their online account.

Loyalty Dog - One stop shop app/tracker

I love that you can connect your loyalty programs to it and have it track all of them in one place. The customer service is great as well! It's not as user friendly as some other options, but they are constantly improving. There isn't much that I dislike about this program. My only complaint is that there are some things that I'm unsure if it's a bug or what. As far as tracking my credit card spending, this has been very helpful for me! It makes it easier to see where my spending lies so I know

Great experience - responsive support

Customer service. They always respond in less than an hour- so far so good. They also help create the loyalty program, so they get to know you personally and tailor their services to fit your needs. I would be lying if I said they were great as far as advertising and promoting their services. Like all digital services, they lack physical advertisements in the traditional sense, so it's a little bit daunting for new users to find out where and how to get started. Simplest system ever made- User Friendly

It's very simple, easy to use, has many different options for customers (such as rewards) and employees/partners can easily manage their points with great tools! The only issue I have had so far was when first using it - they were not available in our state yet but now we are able to choose where we would like them to be available soon hopefully others will come out too!!
